Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but we know that most people miss this meal. There are a number of reasons for this but the biggest one is, PEOPLE ARE NOT INSPIRED TO PREPARE AND EAT BREAKFAST.
South Africa’s #1 Yoghurt Brand, NutriDay has developed easy, nutritious, delicious and creative recipes to inspire Food Lovers to “Celebrate Breakfast Everyday”. These recipes will be featured on our Facebook page and digital platforms for people to easily access and create their own #NutriDayBreakfast Party.
South Africans have enjoyed NutriDay with it’s yoghurt benefits as a delicious creamy all day snack, but now is the time to remind everyone that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should be nutritious, fun and brilliant.
With an offering of 27 flavours across the NutriDay Smooth and Fruit range, NutriDay makes for the perfect smart snack solution. NutriDay does not only bring you the benefits of yoghurt but also the pleasure of enjoying a creamy and delicious snack, any time of the day! So what better way to bring a healthy and balanced diet to South Africans than to bring back Breakfast as an occasion with NutriDay!
To bring the campaign to life, NutriDay collaborated with ALIDA RYDER of SIMPLY DELICIOUS to develop 50 recipes, which are now featured on our Facebook Page (@NutridaySA). The recipes were created to help consumers with recipe ideas for everyday South African staples (like oats and porridge), as well as some exciting and innovative recipes to make for special occasions with friends and family (like Breakfast Cones and Breakfast Pizzas). The App features recipes from sweet to savory dishes, baking to assembling methods and smoothies to brunches. There is a recipe for everyone and a recipe for every Breakfast Occasion.
To help create awareness for the campaign, we enlisted the help of South Africa’s top Food Guru’s (bloggers and foodie influencers) to help create recipes inspired by our Breakfast Party Campaign with NutriDay as the key ingredient, to be featured on our digital channels.
Anina’s Recipes; Bibby’s Kitchen; Claire Allen; Food Buzz; Glam Foodie; Insteats; Kate Liquorice; Pass The Salt; The Counter; Young and Hungry are the 10 featured Food Gurus who will be asking consumers to vote for their recipe as the winning NutriDay Breakfast Party dish. Consumers who vote, can stand a chance to win their share of R10 000 worth of weekly cash prizes.
To share our ‘on trend’ breakfast inspiration NutriDay has created an amazing ‘MINI COOPER’ mini-breakfast bar to share some of the inspirational Breakfast Cone and Breakfast Pizza recipes with our audience. The mini-breakfast bar will travel Gauteng over the next 3 months, to celebrate Breakfast with consumers.
To launch the NutriDay Breakfast Party campaign, we had a garden party inspired media launch, hosted by SA’s beloved Nomzamo Mbatha. Jounalists, food bloggers, lifestyle media and influencers gathered at 10 Bompas’ gardens for a morning in the sun, games, music by Majozi and Breakfast treats featured on the NutriDay Facebook page.
The NutriDay breakfast Party is quickly catching the attention of the media and their readers. So help us spread the word, as we inspire South Africans to Celebrate Breakfast Everyday!
